We assist you by tracking habits that are important to you. Research shows that humans are more likely to stick to their plans and routine if they see progress.

When you have checked-in for about a week, it becomes difficult or psychologically feels bad to break that habit.

For Example: Maybe you want to wake up at 5:00 am everyday, you can set habit as “woke up @5:00am”. Each day you wake up at 5 you go and tick until your body is used to it and it becomes automatic.

Another example is marking each day you run as demonstrated below.

How to Use the Prime Habits tracker

Simple visit our App page, then:

  • Write name of the habit or goal you want to track in the input bar
  • Click Add Habit
  • The habit will be added automatically on the calendar.

Each day, you click on the date to mark the habit/goal as done.

Click the second time if missed.

When clicking the third time , it will reset in case you make a mistake.
